OUR GOAL:

To engage the masses, especially the girls and women in generating income and employment by learning vocational skills and participating in business and entrepreneurship training which will enable them to run their business or avail good employment opportunities in the local market; and to find alternative work and income generation opportunities for women who have lost their jobs or have limited access to education and work.

Brief:
PTCRO through its extensive and systematic vocational training programs aims to provide economic independence to women and girls across Afghanistan. The division is responsible to develop vocational training manuals and implement trainings based on adult learning methodology and best pedagogical practices.
